Common questions about our plans, payments, and what's included
Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?
No. All our plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract required. You can pause or switch plans at the start of any billing cycle by informing our front desk in advance.
What is included in the class fee?
Every plan includes instruction from certified teachers, use of mats and props during class, and access to our studio space in Giza, Egypt. Meditation sessions are included in the Balance and Devotion plans.
Can beginners join any plan?
Yes, all three plans welcome beginners. Our instructors adjust postures and pacing to your experience level, and the Starter plan is a comfortable way to begin building a regular practice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and bank transfer for monthly memberships. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle, and receipts are provided upon request.
Is there a refund if I miss classes?
Unused classes within a monthly plan do not carry over or refund, as plans are designed around a set monthly schedule. If you anticipate extended absence, contact us to discuss adjusting your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can change plans at the beginning of any new billing month. Simply let our team know before your renewal date, and we will apply the new plan starting the following cycle.
